DIKALIA brings expert knowledge of funding logic, public, private, hybrid using the right levers: European funding, strategic partnerships, philanthropy, equity or innovation finance. Our founder’s legal background (M&A and arbitration, Paris and Milan Bars) strengthens our ability to de-risk and align high-stakes projects. We also co-structure grant proposals, PPPs and innovation deals, ensuring compliance and credibility from day one. We support EU programmes such as Aquasphere and FIERCE, and participate in others like Horizon Europe and LIFE. Our founder is an appointed expert evaluator for the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) and the Directorate-General for Research & Innovation (DG R&I), a member of the EIC Accelerator jury pool, and a contributor to investment platforms such as TechTour.
